Common Questions
How loud does the Burst 2 get?
20W RMS from dual 2.25 inch drivers. Enough for a medium room, a small backyard, or a beach blanket, with solid bass for the size.
Can I take the Burst 2 to the pool or the beach?
Yes. It is rated IPX5, so it handles rain, splashes, and water jets. It is water-resistant, not waterproof, so keep it out of the water itself.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 10 hours at 50 percent volume. At full volume expect less. Charging is 5V 1A over USB.
Are the lights adjustable?
Yes. The Burst 2 has Audiorhythmic Lights that follow the music, with modes you can cycle through.
Can I connect two Burst 2 speakers?
Yes. Stromberg Connect links two of them so each takes a channel for stereo separation.
Can I plug in a wired source?
Yes. There is a 3.5mm aux input alongside Bluetooth.
