Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email automatically. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't received a tracking email, contact us at support@stromberg.store with your order number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but only before your order ships. Email support@stromberg.store with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. Once it's in transit, we can't redirect it.
How do I return my order or get a refund?
We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Email support@stromberg.store with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the item back, we'll process your refund within a few business days.
Is the product in stock?
Stock status is shown on each product page. If something is sold out, sign up for a back-in-stock notification directly on the product page. You can also email support@stromberg.store for a more specific timeline.
I need my order by a specific date — can you guarantee it?
We can't guarantee delivery dates, but Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. If you have a hard deadline, email us at support@stromberg.store before ordering and we'll let you know if it's realistic.
I purchased from TikTok Shop — how do I get support?
Email us directly at support@stromberg.store with your TikTok order number. We handle all post-purchase support regardless of where you bought.
One of my Twin or Mega Twin speakers has no sound
This usually happens when the two speakers lose sync. Here's the fix:
1. Turn both speakers off and turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Turn both speakers on and wait 30 seconds.
3. Turn Bluetooth back on and connect to one speaker.
4. The two speakers will pair with each other automatically.
