The Twin 2 is two speakers held together by a magnetic closure. Pull them apart and each one takes a channel for real stereo separation. Snap them back together to carry it as one piece.

Do both halves work on their own?

Yes. Each half is a full Bluetooth speaker with its own 1200mAh battery, so you can use just one if that is all you need.

What is the battery life of the Twin 2?

Up to 10 hours, and it is the same whether you keep the two halves together or split them apart, because each half runs from its own battery. A full charge takes about 4 hours over USB-C.

Is the Twin 2 waterproof?

No. The Twin 2 is rated IPX4, which covers rain and splashes from any direction. That is water-resistant, not waterproof, so do not submerge it.

How do I pair the two halves?

Turn both halves on and wait about 20 seconds before connecting to anything. A confirmation sound tells you they found each other. If one will not pair, turn Bluetooth off on your phone, power both halves on, let them connect to each other, then connect your phone.

How big is the Twin 2, and does it have a microphone?

Snapped together it measures 20.5 x 8.5 x 8.5 cm, which is 8.1 x 3.3 x 3.3 inches, and weighs 0.64 kg or 1.4 lb. It has no microphone, so it does not support hands-free calls.
